How we approached this project from start to finish.

The Challenge

New-construction homes can feel sterile in photos. The challenge was capturing a freshly built home in a way that conveys warmth and lifestyle appeal while highlighting the premium finishes — coffered ceilings, designer tile work, and custom cabinetry — that set this property apart in the competitive Arlington market.

Our Approach

We staged the shoot to balance architectural precision with lifestyle warmth, using natural window light to bring out the richness of the oak floors and sage cabinetry. The Matterport 3D tour gave remote buyers a complete walkthrough, while detailed floor plans helped them understand the flow between spaces — critical for this open-concept design. We captured every room plus all four exterior angles and the outdoor living spaces.

The Result

The developer used this media package across MLS, their website, and social media. The home generated strong showing activity and sold above asking price, with multiple buyers citing the 3D tour as a key factor in their decision to make an offer.
